What are your plushies and kits made out of?

Our plushies are made from 100% cotton yarn and 100% unbleached cotton stuffing. The kits include the same 100% cotton yarn, 100% unbleached cotton stuffing along with aluminium tools, a QR code to access the crochet pattern digitally and recyclable Packaging.
Are finished crochet items machine washable?

Our 100% cotton plushies are machine washable. Wool items are not. You can find details on how to care for your crochet items here.
Are your crochet kits and patterns beginner friendly?

All of our current kits and patterns are Easy Level and above. This means that the kits and patterns aren’t intended to teach someone how to crochet on its own but a basic knowledge of how to crochet is all that’s needed. For an Easy Level crochet pattern the maker should be able to read a crochet pattern, single crochet, increase and decrease. That being said any skill level is welcome to use our kits and patterns to learn with the help of a friend, family member or tutorials.

All our items ship From Calgary, Alberta Canada through Canada Post. All items will include a tracking number.
Free local pickup is available. Please contact us at emmandskootch@gmail.com to arrange.
Processing Times

Kits: Allow 3 - 5 days processing time before a kit order is shipped.
Plushies: Allow 5 - 7 days processing time before a plush is shipped.
Patterns: Available for immediate digital download. Customers receive a secure link to the file lasting 24 hours after the first download. If you have issues downloading the file please contact us at emmandskootch@gmail.com with your order information and we can send it to you directly.
Returns

We accept online returns of physical items within 30 days of purchase. No returns can be made of digital items such as patterns or courses. Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be received undamaged, in unused condition, and in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
To make a return, email us at emmandskootch@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and return details. You can find your order number in your original confirmation email. After receipt of your item, we process returns within 7 working days. Funds received will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for a refund to appear.
